Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
1. All prices listed are for personal use only. For commercial use (such as publishing, merchandise, branding, etc.), prices will be 2x–3x the base rate depending on the intended purpose.
2. Full payment (100%) is required before the sketch phase to reserve a commission slot.
3. Any major changes to references after the sketch is approved will incur an additional fee.
4. I can cancel ( refund ) any commission if I can't meet your needs.
5. No refunds will be issued after the sketch is approved.
6. I retain all rights to the artwork. I may post it publicly and/or include it in my portfolio ( The client’s name will be credited when applicable. )
