Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
1. All prices listed are for personal use only. For commercial use (including but not limited to publishing, merchandise, branding, streaming, or monetization), the price will be 2x–3x the base rate, depending on the intended purpose.2. Full payment (100%) is required upfront before the sketch phase to reserve a commission slot.3. Any major changes to references or concept after the sketch is approved will incur an additional fee.4. I reserve the right to cancel a commission if I am unable to meet the client’s requirements. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.5. No refunds will be issued after payment has been made, regardless of the project stage.6. I retain the right to display the artwork publicly, including posting on social media and adding it to my portfolio. The client will be credited when applicable.7. AI Usage Prohibited
- The artwork may NOT be used for any AI-related purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
- AI training or fine-tuning
- Feeding images into AI models or datasets
- Image generation, modification, or style extraction using AI tools
- Uploading the artwork to any platform or service that uses images for AI training, data collection, or analysis
